Discover the fascinating history of the wine culture on Pico Island as you hike the emblematic trail through the Protected Landscape of the Pico Island Vineyard Culture area. You'll traverse a 1500-year-old lava field and hike through ancient walls built from lava rock as you make your way to the Wine Museum. As you enter the main room of the building, be prepared to relive the history of the island's wine, from the introduction of grape growing and the golden times of the Verdelho, exported to Brazil and Russia, to the ruin caused in 1852 by the powdery mildew and the phylloxera. The vine is cultivated over rocky lava beds in this land, rich in potassium.
Stay in the comfort of a one-bedroom apartment, including a living room and kitchenette, and featuring gorgeous views, during your stay in a small village on Pico Island. On the premises you'll find a heated infinity pool, a multi-use panoramic room, a restaurant, a small grocery shop, as well as a gift shop. Pico Island is one of the most beautiful and underrated islands of the Azores and stands majestically in the middle of the Azorean central group. You may travel yourself or give the package to someone else free of charge after registration if your package has not been booked. You may register the package anytime within the 3-year travel period as registration is not required, but we strongly recommend registering your package to view available resorts and dates.
Travelers may select from multiple resorts in the destination(s) listed on the package display, including the featured resort(s).
Accommodations are for consecutive night stays only and may not be broken up.

The SAV Inventory Selection System will be accessible to view and select available resorts and arrival dates upon completing the package registration. Resorts and arrival date options are generally displayed for selection from 90-300 days before the arrival date. Reservations must be requested at least 90 days before the selected arrival date.
No changes of any kind can be made for any reason to a confirmed reservation. This includes the traveler's name, travel dates, resort, or unit size. We strongly recommend that travelers protect their total investment with appropriate travel insurance coverage. Many excellent insurance providers can be found online for “Travel Insurance.”
This package is valid year-round. Peak season travel dates are subject to availability. Surcharges may apply.

- It is the responsibility of the certificate holder to register their certificate with the appropriate Goodyear Airship Base.
-Due to the airship’s schedule, dates for passenger flights are highly variable. Goodyear will contact registered passengers as dates become available to schedule their flight.

Children
-An adult must accompany all children under 12.
-While children under four are discouraged from flying on the Goodyear Blimp, exceptions can be made. This must be done before the date of the flight through the Base Coordinator and PR team with the pilot's approval.
Passenger Mobility Requirements and Weight Restrictions
• All airship passengers must be fully ambulatory and without physical impairment(s) that could prevent them from moving quickly in the direction of the pilot or ground crew.
• Goodyear reserves the right to refuse entry on our airship to any guest exceeding the manufacturer’s ladder weight limit of 330 pounds. All guests’ weight will be verified for compliance with this requirement before the flight.
Complete Passenger Guidelines and Waiver
• All passengers will be provided a complete list of guidelines and must sign a "Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement" before boarding the airship.
• All passengers will be provided with Goodyear Airship Operation’s COVID-19 protocols and agree to adhere to all protocols.
