Assigning Tickets to Other Guests (Sponsor Tickets, Unused Tickets, Table Guests)

Whenever a ticket is purchased (or reserved) on behalf of someone other than the purchaser (for example; sponsor tickets or table guests) the tickets should be associated to whomever will be using them. If guest names have been provided (during the ticket purchase process), use the reconcile feature to quickly add the guest to your contacts database.

To view bidders and tickets
  1. Navigate to the Tickets & Registration menu and choose the Tickets Info Report option.
  2. Use the links in the table headings to sort the table.
  3. Click on a person's name in the Ticket Detail table to edit that contact.
To assign an available ticket to another attendee
  1. From the Check In & Check Out > Check In Tools menu, enter the name of the attendee in the Bidder name/number field and click the Search for contact button.
  2. If the contact is already in the system, click their last name, otherwise click the Add new contact button at the bottom of the page. See the Adding Contacts help page for more info.
  3. From the Event section of the contact page, click the Use Existing Ticket button to bring up a list of contacts who have available tickets.
  4. Select the ticket owner from the Ticket owner select list.
  5. Select an available ticket and include choices if applicable.
  6. Click the Use ticket(s) button.
  7. Click the Update contact button to save your work and exit the page.
