Viewing and Managing Ticket Sales

For groups who have purchased the Bidsheet Plus™ or higher level packages, auction assistants and higher level members may view and manage ticket sales through the Tickets Report page.

To view or manage ticket sales
  1. Hover over the Reports & Exports menu and select the Tickets info Report option.
  2. The Ticket Overview table shows the current status of ticket sales for the different ticket types that are currently being offered. Auction Assistants and higher level members may change the status of the Public and Enabled attributes for the various ticket types by changing the status of the radio buttons. The public option controls whether the ticket is offered for sale to the public or only available for selection by a group member. This is primarily for assigning complimentary tickets but may be useful in other instances as well. The enabled status simply turns the availability of a ticket type on or off and applies both to the public page and to the page available only to group members.
  3. The Ticket Detail table shows the status of each ticket sale, the ticket type, who it is used by, table assignment if applicable, include choices, and who actually purchased the ticket. Auction Assistant and higher level members may change include choices on this page if include choices are offered.
