Whether you're just starting to look at our software option, or you're a current customer looking to brush up on skills or try a new feature, the Demo Group is the place to come for learning and training.

Silent Auction Pro™ Demo Group is a fully functional group with real world data that you can use as a training platform / learning environment or sandbox when coming up-to-speed with the system. The demo group (Group #1) is a great place to experiment with all the features and functionality of Silent Auction Pro without the risk of getting test data mixed up with your own group's data.

If you are not yet a Silent Auction Pro customer, take a look around! Try logging in as an admin or a bidder to see all that Silent Auction Pro can do. When you're ready, give us a call to schedule a virtual meeting where we can show you features, and answer your specific questions.

You may use the demo group at any time for learning, testing or training purposes, but please keep in mind the following:

1. Unlike your own group's data, the data in the demo group is public.
   • Others may be using it at the same time you are and can see (and potentially change) what you have entered.
   • We generally don't recommend putting personal information in the demo group. Exceptions might include putting your email or cell phone in, if you are testing the notification system.
2. The data is reset every night around midnight Eastern time. Any changes you have made in the demo group will be gone the next day.
3. Though unlikely, the data may be reset at any time during the day. We RARELY do this, but occasionally it is necessary depending on circumstances.

Login as an Administrator

Most likely, you want to login as a high level admin, so that you can experiment with the majority of the Silent Auction Pro features.
To do that, click HERE to be logged in as an Auction Administrator. (Admin login: demoadmin / welcome)

Logged in as an Auction Admin, you are able to practice entering donors/donations, creating auction items, managing bidders and tickets, as well as check-in and check-out procedures.

Login as an Online Bidder

Take a minute to look at the bidding experience from your guests' point of view.

Using your phone, tablet or computer, click here to be automatically logged in as on online bidder: Guest 1

Invite a friend to play along with you! Login to Silent Auction Pro and click the Sign up / Log in button.
Enter Username: guest2 -- Enter Password: welcome

Place bids, win, and then check out! Complete your purchase with our test credit card.

1. Card Number: 4111 1111 1111 1111
2. Expiration: ANY date in the future
3. Click the Process Invoice button.

Demo Group / Sandbox Logins

Find a test login for each authorization level within Silent Auction Pro.

For any transactions in the demo group that require a credit card, you may use the test credit card number: 4111-1111-1111-1111 (a four followed by 15 ones) and any expiration date in the future. If the system asks for a CVV, any three numbers will work in the demo group.
