Having a visible count-down timer and/or an announcer calling the close of each section further increases the excitement level and alerts attendees as sections prepare to close. Silent Auction Pro provides simple HTML-based count-down timers that you can project at your event.

1. Click the Communication Tools > Event Display Features menu item.
2. Locate the Leaderboards and other display features section of the page
3. Type a section title, such as Section 1 Closes In... in the title text box.
4. Click the Show timer button.

The count-down timer launches in a new window with the title you provided. Enter the amount of time left for that section and click the start button. If the timer does not show up in a new window, make sure your browser is not blocking pop-up windows.
