SATURDAY AUG 6 Join Rev. Debora on an easy hike in this beautiful old growth forest. Experience the pleasures of nature with all of your senses! Forest bathing lowers your stress, improves happiness and frees up creativity! This ancient forest is estimated to be 400-600 years old, and has never been logged. We will have snacks/picnic lunch at the park after our hike.
