If not picked up, the item will be available on Sunday, November 9 between 10 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at City Hall or on Monday, November 10 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at Teresa Pastore’s house, 12 Toppans Lane, Newburyport.
