We also understand that you typically don't have money before your event which is why there is no up-front charge for the use of Silent Auction Pro. The software fee is only due after your event.

The Gross Proceeds from Auctioned Items for your event is automatically calculated and will show up in the Auction Results page after your event.
If you currently have your contact information available in an Excel or Comma Separated Variable Format, we can upload your contact information for a flat fee of $75, or you may enter the information into Silent Auction Pro using our standard web based forms. Please see the online help for information on the format required for uploading contact data. Fees for uploading your data are due immediately as this is work we must perform before your event.

Can I Try Silent Auction Pro for Free?
If you would like to try out the system without creating an account, you can request a free trial and we will email you the login information for the demo account. The demo account gives you full access to all capabilities of Silent Auction Pro. There is nothing to download or install. All the software runs on the internet through your browser.How Do I Get Started?
