The Bidsheet Pro™ and Mobile Pro™ enable auction administrators to automatically generate an online program guide (an online catalog of auction items) that is easily available via approrpriate link. Unlink the online auction catalog, no bidding is available with the online program guide. It's strictly informational.

1. Click the Communication Tools menu item and then choose the Shareable Links & QR Codes option.
2. In the Links section of the page, copy the Online Program Guide link.
3. Paste the URL into an email or provide it to your webmaster to publish to your own website. You should also include this link with all of your marketing material and advertising.

When there are duplicate auction items, the program guide will display only one representation of each so as not to clutter the catalog with multiples of the same item. For a quick view of the entire inventory of auction items click Reports & Exports > Auction Items Report.
