Silent Auction Pro Overview

When an organization creates a group account with Silent Auction Pro, there are five possible roles (user access levels) for its membership. The person setting up the account is automatically designated by the software as a group administrator with the highest access level and authority within the group. Silent Auction Pro is a multi-user software environment accessible from anywhere an Internet connection is available. Simply put, group members can individually enter data (contacts and donations) directly into the system from home, school, or anywhere they access the Internet. This distributed model eliminates the typical bottleneck of stand-alone systems where the burden for all data entry is on one person and one machine.

In addition, with the Bidsheet Plus™ and higher level packages, groups can run virtual events independent of a physical location or offer both online auctions and location-specific auctions as part of their outreach efforts.
