Setting a Reminder Date

Silent Auction Pro™ helps you manage contacts by allowing you to keep notes on individual contacts and to set a reminder date on which the system will email you the contact information and notes.

To set a reminder date for a contact
  1. Mouse over the Contacts menu item and click Search / Add Contacts.
  2. Start typing in part of the donor's first, last, or company name in the Search field. The page filters to meet your criteria
  3. Click on the contact's last name to open the Edit a Contact form.
  4. Select a date from the Reminder Date calendar pop-up to send the contact owner a reminder email with the contact's information and notes.
Make sure your email is correct in the system or you will not receive the email. You can edit your user information by going to Home > Edit Profile.
