Description:
Wonderful handcrafted doll in honor of Ruth Bader Ginsberg (RBG). The doll created by Lisa Crews is made with clay, fabric and wire and measures 13" tall and 3" wide.
Lisa Crews earned her BA in Fine Art at Arkansas State University and did graduate study at Memphis State University and the University of Delaware. She taught public school for 10 years and studied the traditional methods of the Mississippian era Native potter, French Faience and English Delftware. Her current focus is on creating work that is more personal. She recently completed an Artist’s Residency at ESSA and produced this work during her time here. Her work is available at Gallery 26 in Little Rock, Eurekan Gallery in Eureka Springs, and the Arkansas Craft Gallery in Mountain View.
