Description:
This beautiful ceramic mug by Terry Russell is a high-fired (gas kiln) with a strawberry on Temicu glaze and measures 5" high x 5" across the widest point.
Terry was teaching in Coffeyville, Kansas, when he heard about an opening in the Eureka Springs schools. Terry Russell is probably best known for his functional pieces, "but I do some sculptural work that's completely nonfunctional. I really like both. I think it's important to do functional work; that's where the skill comes in. But the sculptural work is where my heart is".
