Not only will you be dining on the finest faire the Northern Neck has to offer, but you will also have the opportunity to participate in the preparation, learning the coveted techniques and culinary skills of highly trained professionals.
This exclusive dining experience for six will feature products grown in the Healthy Harvest Fresh Aquaponics Production Facility accompanied by other locally grown and produced foods from around the Northern Neck. In addition to Fresh faire, beef from Monrovia Farms, oysters from our local waters, vegetables grown in the rich soils of the Northern Neck, and breads from locally grown grains of Grapewood Farms and more will be paired with locally produced wines and beverages to provide you with an unforgettable dining experience.
Chef Whitecotton is currently the Culinary Arts instructor for Northern Neck Technical Center Governor STEM Academy Program, having students receiving national recognition for their achievements under his instruction. Whitecotton brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table as a Certified Executive Chef and having also served as the Head Chef of the Country Club of Virginia for 14 years and industry consultant and mentor to many other fine dining establishments throughout his career.
