Bid sheets are used by event bidders to place bids on auction items. The Silent Auction Pro™ software automatically generates bid sheets in full-page-width or half-page-width formats. By default, bid sheets are generated for Silent Auction and Silent Auction–Priceless auction types only, although this can be changed by an auction administrator. See Editing Auction Types.

1. Click the Auction Items & Catalog menu item and choose the Printed Auction Materials option.
   • To print all, next to Print All Bid Sheets click either the Full Page or Half Page link.
   • To print one or more, next to Print a List or Range of Bid Sheets type the item numbers with commas between them. Type the range of item numbers with a hyphen between the starting and ending numbers in the range. For example, to print items 1, 4, 5, 6, and 12, type 1,4-6,12.
2. After reviewing the content, hit <Ctrl> P (PC), <Command> P (Mac) to print the pages.

   If you wish to make adjustments to the bid sheet, you can edit the donation as well as the auction type. In addition to the logo, group name, and event name, there are several aspects of the bid sheet that are customizable, including:

   • Printing the auction item value (or priceless if so labeled)
   • Printing pre-defined bid amounts using the specified minimum bid, bid increment, and maximum bid values
   • Printing a Buy-It-Now price
   • Printing an info sheet for this auction type
   • Printing the donor's identity, whether Company, Name, Name and Company, or Anonymous
