Printing Bid Sheets

Bid sheets are used by event attendees to place bids on auction items. The Silent Auction Pro™ software automatically generates bid sheets in full-page-width or half-page-width formats. By default, bid sheets are generated for Silent Auction and Silent Auction–Priceless auction types only, although this can be changed by an auction administrator. See Editing Auction Types.

To produce cleanly printed material from the Silent Auction Pro™ software, set your browser printer settings as follows:

This should be done on all computers from which you plan to print Silent Auction Pro material including those you are using for check-in / check-out.

For Internet Explorer users, press the <Alt> key and click File > Page setup... Other browsers have similar settings, typically available from Print: Page Setup in the browser tools and settings. Following are screen shots from the Page Setup dialogs from IE and FireFox:

To print bid sheets
  1. Click the Auction Admin menu item.
  2. After reviewing the content, hit <Ctrl> P (PC), <Command> P (Mac) to print the pages.

By default, AuctionCore™ bid sheets are formatted for bidding by name and phone number. AuctionDay™ bid sheets are formatted for bidding by bidder number. These defaults are not changeable.
