Configure a Merchant Account in Silent Auction Pro

Once your approval for your merchant account has been received, the Silent Auction Pro™ tech support team will complete the configuration for you. Here is what is happening behind the scenes to get you ready to take payments.

CardConnect

Once you receive notification from CardConnect that your CardConnect account has been approved, you can link your new CardConnect account to Silent Auction Pro™ to enable credit card processing.

You will receive an encrypted email from CardPointe that contains your Merchant ID (MID) and your API credentials. This information is needed to configure your CardConnect account in Silent Auction Pro™:

Worldpay

  4. On the Select an entity dialog, click on the Select button in the lower right to choose the highlighted account. That should return you to the Self Service page with your MID populated in the page.
  5. Click the Search button. This should return a form below the Self Service area that has a variety of information in different tabs about your account.
  6. Click on the POS Credentials tab.
  7. You should see the POS information that includes your AccountID, AcceptorID and AccountToken. These values will be copied and pasted into Silent Auction Pro™ to complete the configuration process. You may copy and paste them into a temporary document or open a new browser window with the Silent Auction Pro™ website and copy between the two windows.
