Hollywood Charity Horse Show $1 Check Offer

A unique opportunity to receive a $1.00 personal check from William Shatner, issued from his X Money account, while supporting the Hollywood Charity Horse Show.

This limited offering allows supporters to make a meaningful charitable contribution and receive a tangible, check as a collectible piece tied to the early days of X Money. The sample check shown in graphic is based on an older design of the check.  X Money upon hearing that these checks will be framed and displayed as collectable keepsakes is redesigning the checks to make them look amazing.  The graphic is to show an example of how the checks are formatted. Each Check with Stub is approximately 11" tall by 8.5" wide

1. The Charitable Offer

Individuals who make a charitable donation of two hundred U.S. dollars (US $200) to The Hollywood Charity Horse Show via this entry will be eligible to receive:

• One (1) $1.00 physical check, drawn from William Shatner’s X Money account
• The check will be made payable to the name provided and mailed to the physical address submitted at checkout
• The check is NOT signed by Mr. Shatner.  The memo included with the check will show that the check is from William Shatner.

This offer is intended as a commemorative and collectible item associated with Mr. Shatner’s participation in X Money.  Regular donations made to the Hollywood Charity Horse Show via other methods will not be considered part of this limited offer.

By purchasing this donation the buyer agrees that all donations are final and non-refundable.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must:

• Have a legal resident address in the United States (this offer is strictly limited to U.S. addresses only that are serviced by FedEx)
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide a valid physical mailing address within the United States (P.O. Boxes are NOTpermitted)
  • Only United States Addresses serviced by FedEx are allowed.
• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.  
  • If you have already registered, please check to ensure you address is included by clicking on your name located in the top right corner and select EDIT PROFILE.

Failure to meet any eligibility requirement may result in disqualification without refund.

3. Fulfillment and Delivery

• Checks will be issued after donation confirmation and eligibility verification
• Please allow Up to 4 weeks for processing and shipping
• Delivery times may vary depending on FedEx service conditions
• The Hollywood Charity Horse Show and its representatives are not responsible for delays, lost, misdirected, or undeliverable shipments

If a check is returned as undeliverable, reissuance will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Providing accurate mailing information
• Ensuring the ability to receive standard U.S. mail delivery
• Understanding that this is a charitable donation with a commemorative item, not a commercial purchase.  The Value of the item will be set to One Dollar for tax purposes.
