This one-hour Laughter Yoga session is ideal for parties, company team building program, school assembly, retirement centers, anywhere people are gathered and could benefit from some fun and laughter! Laughter Yoga is a mildly aerobic group exercise experience consisting of hilarious movements modeled by the leader which prompt healthy belly laughter. It is GREAT for bringing connection and bonding anywhere it is beneficial for people to enjoy and benefit from the healing and connecting power of humor and laughter.
