Description:
Yoga class led by Teresa Coker for up to five adults. Teresa is considerate of people's needs and ability for movement. Some props will be provided for student/students. Gentle Yoga, Beginner-friendly, Vinyasa Flow or Chair Yoga are options as desired. Modifications can be made to support best outcomes for attendees. All levels are welcome. Students should provide either a yoga mat, towel or blanket. A standard yoga liability waiver is required prior to participation. Maximum attendance is five adults. Format: In-person. Redeem within six months of Auction date. Recipient provides the space for the class.
