All sales are final. Further, neither the Auction nor the builder of the playhouse assumes any responsibility for workmanship and materials of the playhouse. They were contributed by the builder to the Auction free of charge. You must inspect the playhouse for safety and suitability before use. Any implied warranties are disclaimed by Auction/builder and are released/waived by you. In the event this release, disclaimer and waiver is deemed unenforceable by a court, any liability of Auction or the builder shall be limited to the amount of your bid.
