- You can keep individual notes on a per donation basis to help you better track your donations.
- Each donation is categorized by Class. This helps you better organize your donations and analyze the auction results after the event. Silent Auction Pro will automatically report percent return by item class.
- Silent Auction Pro helps you manage your donations by providing a status field. Status options include:
- Requested
- Committed
- Received by Member
- Received by Auction Admin
- Missing
- You can also tag each item as a gift certificate. This helps you track items and also allows Silent Auction Pro to more accurately calculate tax.
