- Silent Auction Pro lets you associate contacts with different groups to help you understand who is attending your event and how much each groups spends. This is automatically reported by Silent Auction Pro.
- You can also label your contacts to help you organize or differentiate them. Common labels include VIP, Potential Donor, and Sponsor. You can also create your own user defined labels.
- You may also set reminders for each contact. For instance, some donors may need to fit your event into their budget cycle and need you to contact them at a specific time each year. Simply set a reminder in Silent Auction Pro and the system will email you on that date to remind you to contact the donor.
