  1. Entering and managing your contacts is easy with Silent Auction Pro! All contact information is presented on one simple form.
  2. Silent Auction Pro lets you associate contacts with different groups to help you understand who is attending your event and how much each groups spends. This is automatically reported by Silent Auction Pro.
  3. You can also label your contacts to help you organize or differentiate them. Common labels include VIP, Potential Donor, and Sponsor. You can also create your own user defined labels.
  4. You may also set reminders for each contact. For instance, some donors may need to fit your event into their budget cycle and need you to contact them at a specific time each year. Simply set a reminder in Silent Auction Pro and the system will email you on that date to remind you to contact the donor.
  5. Auction Assistants and higher level members can enter Tickets and Assign seating assignments as well as process payments.
  6. If you are using Silent Auction Pro's integrated credit card processing, you can pre-authorize credit cards thereby epediting the check-out process using Express-Checkout.
